恒溫恒濕機(jī)與恒溫恒濕機(jī)組的區(qū)別在哪？

　　恒溫恒濕機(jī)除了調(diào)節(jié)空氣溫度以外，還具有濕度調(diào)節(jié)、除塵等功能。與普通空調(diào)相比，恒溫恒濕精密空調(diào)要求能常年不停機(jī)地運(yùn)行，因而其可靠性非常高。恒溫恒濕機(jī)的送風(fēng)系統(tǒng)有多種選擇。常見的有下送上回、上送下回、上送側(cè)回等。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型的恒溫恒濕機(jī)采用中效過濾裝置來清潔室內(nèi)空氣。根據(jù)客戶需要，可以選擇亞高效的空氣過濾器。

　　恒溫恒濕機(jī)組特點(diǎn)：

　　一般適用在有溫濕度控制或整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)面積不大的情況下。如果該工程面積較大，系統(tǒng)劃分較多，空調(diào)機(jī)房位置相對(duì)分散，管理和系統(tǒng)的控制就會(huì)帶不便，也不利于能量統(tǒng)一分配，能源浪費(fèi)較嚴(yán)重。在這種情況下，一般面積在大于2000m2，建議采用冷水機(jī)組+組合式空氣處理機(jī)組的設(shè)計(jì)形式。

　　恒溫恒濕機(jī)組的用途分為兩塊：

　　1、恒溫恒濕車間，但無凈化要求；

　　房間的情況：

　　a.從負(fù)荷方面考慮：

　　系統(tǒng)的送風(fēng)量是與房間內(nèi)的顯熱和送風(fēng)溫差決定的,而不是根據(jù)系統(tǒng)總制冷量(房間的顯熱和潛熱)計(jì)算得出的。恒溫恒濕機(jī)組制冷量一般顯熱占50%，潛熱占50%，相當(dāng)于新風(fēng)占整個(gè)送風(fēng)量的20%左右。當(dāng)房間內(nèi)顯熱較大，而新風(fēng)量不大時(shí)，計(jì)算的送風(fēng)量較大，就不能根據(jù)總制冷量選擇恒溫恒濕機(jī)組標(biāo)定的制冷量來確定。

　　b.從機(jī)外余壓考慮：

　　恒溫恒濕，但無凈化要求系統(tǒng)對(duì)空調(diào)機(jī)組的機(jī)外余壓要求不高，主要克服送回風(fēng)管道、閥門、散流器、初效過濾器等，常規(guī)的機(jī)組即可滿足要求；

　　既有恒溫恒濕要求，又需要凈化等級(jí)控制的系統(tǒng)對(duì)空調(diào)機(jī)組的機(jī)外余壓要求較高，一般系統(tǒng)總阻力在1100Pa～1400Pa之間，主要克服送回風(fēng)管道、閥門、散流器、初效過濾器（初阻力50Pa，終阻力100Pa）、中效過濾器（初阻力150Pa，終阻力300Pa）、高效過濾器（初阻力250Pa，終阻力500Pa）等，常規(guī)的機(jī)組就無法滿足要求。如系統(tǒng)需要設(shè)置二次回風(fēng)，潔凈式恒溫恒濕機(jī)組就無法選用；一次回風(fēng)的情況，恒溫恒濕機(jī)組+加壓箱的設(shè)計(jì)形式，由于在選擇加壓風(fēng)機(jī)的型號(hào)時(shí)無法與恒溫恒濕機(jī)組內(nèi)的風(fēng)機(jī)很難匹配，不同型號(hào)、不同功率的風(fēng)機(jī)在串聯(lián)或并聯(lián)時(shí)總風(fēng)量不是簡單的相加，計(jì)算相對(duì)較復(fù)雜；建議在一般設(shè)計(jì)過程中盡量設(shè)計(jì)為單風(fēng)機(jī)系統(tǒng)。

　　系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)作原理

　　恒濕恒濕機(jī)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)作是通過三個(gè)相互聯(lián)系的系統(tǒng)：制冷劑循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、空氣循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、電器自控系統(tǒng);

　　1，制冷劑循環(huán)系統(tǒng)

　　蒸發(fā)器中的液態(tài)制冷劑吸收空氣的熱量（空氣被降溫及除濕）并開始蒸發(fā)，比較終制冷劑與空之間形成一定的溫度差，液態(tài)制冷劑亦完全蒸發(fā)變?yōu)闅鈶B(tài)，后被壓縮機(jī)吸入并壓縮（壓力和溫度增加）,氣態(tài)制冷劑通過冷凝器（風(fēng)冷/水冷）吸收熱量，凝結(jié)成液體。通過膨脹閥（或毛細(xì)管）節(jié)流后變成低溫低壓制冷劑進(jìn)入蒸發(fā)器，完成制冷劑循環(huán)過程。

　　2，空氣環(huán)系統(tǒng)

　　風(fēng)機(jī)負(fù)責(zé)將空氣從回風(fēng)口吸入，空氣經(jīng)過蒸發(fā)器（降溫、除濕），加濕器，電加熱器（升溫）后經(jīng)送風(fēng)口送到用戶需的空間內(nèi)，送出的空氣與空間內(nèi)的空氣混合后回到回風(fēng)口。

　　3，電器自控系統(tǒng)

　　包括電源部分和自動(dòng)控制部分。電源部分通過接觸器，對(duì)壓縮機(jī)、風(fēng)扇、電加器器，加濕器等供應(yīng)電源自動(dòng)控制分部分又分為溫、濕度控制及故障保護(hù)部分:溫、濕度控制是通過溫、濕度控制器，將回風(fēng)的溫濕度與用戶設(shè)定的溫濕作對(duì)比，自動(dòng)運(yùn)行壓縮機(jī)（降溫、除濕），加濕器，電加熱（升溫）等元件，實(shí)現(xiàn)恒溫恒濕的自動(dòng)控制
